Logo files should be transmitted electronically to info@morellstudios.com. All logos being converted to 3D will incur a minimum set-up fee of $450 depending upon logo complexity and size.Ceramic Production GuidelinesInitial $50 set up fee for new logos and tournament text.Please send logos in .eps format. Prices shown include one carved logo and text.Additional set up fees may be necessary for special orders and multiple logos. Production times are two to three weeks after artwork isapproved by customer signed proof. Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled once production begins.ProofsAn engraving proof in PDF form will be emailed to the customer prior to commencing work. In order to meet typical delivery times, customer approval via email is necessary within 48 hours of receiving the proof. Work will not commence until the customer approvesthe proof via email. Accuracy of information and correct spelling is the responsibility of the customer.Lead TimesMost standard plaques and awards are typically shipped within two weeks of signed proof. Plaques and desktops containing 3D logostypically ship within six to eight weeks of order depending upon logo complexity and customer approval of our proof. Complex customprojects that require approval of drawings, such as Recognition Panels, Perpetual Bases and Pedestals, typically ship within eight to ten weeksof customer approval of our proof and receipt of deposit.Rush Orders and ShippingAlways communicate your order deadline to your sales associate. Rush orders may incur an additional charge and if necessary,overnight shipping costs will be added to the final order price.Freight terms are FOB factory. All orders are typically shipped via UPS ground or common carrier unless otherwise requested.Special packaging or crating charges may apply to oversize products.Customers should inspect all products within 24 hours of delivery.
